How to use Venlance?

The first thing you have to do is register on our platform (from your computer or mobile); the registration process is very easy and free.

Once registered, if you are an employer and need to hire freelancers, you can create and publish a new project or job with all the required details.

By publishing your project / work you will start receiving proposals and quotes from all interested freelancers. Then you will have to select the freelancer that seems best to you, accept their proposal and complete the guarantee payment process (money that the platform will receive).

Once the chosen freelancer has completed the work and gives you the order (downloadable documents), you will mark the project / work as completed or finished and rate it for the work done. Upon completing this process, the platform will assign the corresponding money to the freelancer for their work.

If you are a freelancer (self-employed) and want to apply for new jobs / projects, you can do so by accessing the "Search jobs" section. Then you will have to filter among all the published jobs and apply or send a proposal to those that best suit your skills.

If an employer selects you to carry out a job, you will receive a notification from the platform with the details, and the project will be "in progress" and the outstanding balance will be reflected on your dashboard until the job is completed.

In the same way, you can publish and offer your services within the platform.

How much does it cost to post a job on Venlance?

Posting a job on Venlance is free. You only have to be registered as a user on our platform.

What kind of freelancers can you find at Venlance?

On our platform you can find freelancers from all the professions and categories most in demand today, such as:  Digital Marketing, Content Writing and Translation, Graphic Design and Multimedia, Community Manager, Programming and Technology, Business and Finance and Administrative Support.

What forms of recruitment does Venlance offer to employers?

At Venlance we offer you two forms of contracting:

1.      You can hire freelancers or freelancers for a job for a fixed price or by the hour.

2.      You can purchase the services offered by freelancers that have a price previously established by the worker.

At Venlance we offer you two ways of working:

2.      You can publish and offer your particular services by establishing a certain price or cost for the performance of said services.

What means of payment does Venlance offer?

At Venlance we offer you various means of payment depending on the country you are in. You can cancel your payments in US dollars (USD) via PayPal or by credit card; and also with Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin).

In the event that you are in Venezuela, you have the option of making your payments in Sovereign Bolívares (Bs. S) through bank transfer to different national banks or mobile payment.

How to check if the freelancers are trustworthy in Venlance?

In Venlance you can review the profiles of all the freelancers registered on our platform to see what their skills, experiences, portfolios, awards are, as well as observe the qualifications given by other employers who have worked with them.

Also, before choosing and hiring a freelancer for your project, you can chat with them to ask questions and get to know them better.

At Venlance we want you to find the best professionals to help you with your projects or jobs, and thus carry out your business or venture.

What happens if the hired freelancer does not carry out your project or work?

At Venlance we give you the guarantee that, if the freelancer does not carry out the agreed work, you will be able to initiate a dispute and the money will be returned to you.

What happens if the employer does not release the payments?

Once you have submitted the files or deliverables to the employer, if the latter does not give an answer for a period of 14 days (counted from the moment you sent your deliverables), and therefore does not release the payment, you can initiate a dispute so that our administration will release the payment automatically.

Does it cost to use the platform?

Registration, job posting and chat with freelancers is free (see Package assigned to new users). Now, at the time of hiring a percentage (service cost) will be deducted from the total budget set by the freelancer.

Cost of service: 12% of the total amount budgeted for price ranges between $ 0 - $ 500; and 10% of the total budgeted amount for price ranges greater than $ 500.

What means of withdrawal does Venlance offer?

You can withdraw your account balance in US dollars (USD) through PayPal.

Note: The exact amount indicated in the withdrawal request will be sent, PayPal fees are not included to the receiving account.

And, if you are in Venezuela, you can also withdraw your available balance in Sovereign Bolívares (Bs. S) at the exchange rate, by bank transfer or mobile payment.

Note: The change to bolivars will be made at exchange rate published by the BCV el día en que se procese la solicitud. Además, se descontará un porcentaje de 10% al monto de retiro solicitado por concepto de comisiones de cambio de moneda.

When can I make a withdrawal request on Venlance?

At any time you can make a withdrawal request, as long as you have the minimum amount required.

Minimum amount required to withdraw: 20 USD.

Important Note: Payments will be processed weekly on the established days: Wednesday and Thursday. 

So it is recommended to make withdrawal requests on the days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

How do disputes work on Venlance?

If you are an employer, you can only create a dispute against canceled projects and services.

If you are a freelancer you can only create a dispute against canceled and ongoing projects.

Disputes will be reviewed by the platform administrators (AND THEIR LEGAL ADVISORS) and the winner of the dispute will be determined based on the evidence and / or arguments reviewed.      

Once the dispute has been resolved by management, a notification will be sent to both parties (Employer and Freelancer) and the amount at stake will be allocated to the winning party's available balance.

NOTE: THE DECISION MADE BY THE VENLANCE ADMINISTRATORS CANNOT BE REFUTABLE.

What are the credits within the platform?

Credits are available tokens that allow freelancers to submit proposals to jobs posted by employers.

By default, 100 credits are allocated for new users. And every time a proposal is submitted, 4 credits are subtracted.
